Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time:

We prepare the product for packaging and shipping within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed.

2. Delivery Time and Charges (Bangladesh):

Within Dhaka: Delivery time 2-3 days (Charge: ৳60).

Outside Dhaka: Delivery time 3-5 days (Charge: ৳120).

3. International Shipping:

We ship products internationally (e.g. via DHL / FedEx / Aramex).

International delivery time is 7-15 business days. Delivery charges are determined based on the destination country and weight of the product.

In case of international orders, the customer will have to bear the customs or import duty (if any) of the respective country.
